1. Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in their original condition, free from any damage or wear.
- Packaged with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain products, such as personalized items, digital downloads, perishable goods, or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that some financial institutions may take longer to process refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
3. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item following our return guidelines and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was sent. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered successfully.
Cartes Plane Shopping is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. Please retain your shipping receipt until your refund has been successfully processed.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery for us to process them effectively.
